Magical Stay with Amazing Views!
funicular access helpful staff
The location was fantastic. The funicular access made getting into the city center very convenient. The staff were amazing and helpful. The views of the lake and mountains from the room were excellent, though the parking was expensive.
One minor issue occurred with the room. The absence of air conditioning. It was very stuffy.

Breakfast offered superb options. It included various choices. The restaurant offers amazing views of the lake. The American Bar is amazing. I visited it and got the best club sandwich ever.

Fairytale stay!
lovely view friendly staff super clean room
I enjoyed my experience. The location was a highlight. I especially appreciated the views of the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and cute at all times. My room was super clean, and the minibar was restocked daily (that's always a plus!).
The shower in the bathroom had an unusual design. It was a shower over a bathtub, a little disappointing considering the room price.

Nice Stay
fresh pastries lucerne pass
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local cheeses. The staff at the front desk provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. I received a Lucerne pass upon check-in, providing free public transport and discounts to museums. This pass greatly enhanced my ability to explore the area without additional costs.
The venicular was out of service . This made access to the city center difficult and required using a shuttle with limited hours.

The hotel included a restaurant with a large terrace that provided amazing views. Inside, the restaurant was very excellent, and it created an upscale atmosphere for dining and special events. There were hiking trails near the hotel that allowed me to explore the area's natural beauty.

My room was quiet and very spacious. The bathroom had a nice rainfall shower, and it had adequate lighting. The balcony provided a beautiful view, and the room was quite bright.
